Alhambra
Van Cleef & Arpels’ four-leaf clover motif, introduced in 1968.
Each clover is framed in a beaded gold edge and set with hardstone, mother-of-pearl or gems. The first Alhambra was a long necklace of twenty motifs.
What to look for
One of the most copied designs. Check the signature, the serial number, the beading and the quality of the stones.
