Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Odeon piece. If for any reason you don’t, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached.

Packaged in its original box or pouch.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email us at bonjour@odeoncollection.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your piece is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:

Custom, personalized, or altered items (including sizing or engraving)

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Exchanges
Need something else? The fastest way is to return your item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your item was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no explanation required. The item must still meet the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
