Complimentary shipping

Odeon Collection offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Every piece is carefully packaged, and each shipment is fully insured and tracked.

Delivery arrangements

We use FedEx for most domestic and international shipments. For high-value pieces, we arrange armored transport or specialized secure delivery.

The shipping method is selected according to the piece’s value and destination. We will contact you if your order requires special delivery arrangements.

Tracking and timing

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery timing varies by destination and shipping method.

International orders

Shipping is complimentary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are separate from our complimentary shipping.

Customs processing may affect delivery timing. For questions about an international shipment, contact bonjour@odeoncollection.com before purchasing.

Delivery concerns

If your shipment is delayed, appears damaged or shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact bonjour@odeoncollection.com promptly so we can investigate and assist you.

Return shipping

Complimentary shipping applies to delivery of your purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover them. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
