Cartier Paris 1950's Persian Turquoise, Diamond, Platinum & 18k Gold Earrings

There’s no color like it—

Natural Persian turquoise, oval cabochons with a matte, untouched glow. The kind of blue that belongs more to memory than to stone: quiet, perfect, private.

Each turquoise is framed in a platinum halo of brilliant-cut diamonds, 2.64 carats total, prong-set with Cartier’s signature restraint. The body of the earring is entirely platinum—weighty, balanced, architectural. Only the prongs cradling the turquoise are in 18k yellow gold—a whisper of warmth, almost invisible, wholly deliberate.

Proportioned to the ear at 1¼ inches long by ½ inch wide, these ear clips hold presence without declaring it. Signed Cartier, numbered 02989, bearing full French marks, and presented in the original Cartier Paris box.
