Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Odeon piece. We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To qualify under our return policy, your piece must be:
- In the same condition as delivered, without additional wear, damage or alteration.
- Returned with all attached tags and its original box or pouch.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return
Email bonjour@odeoncollection.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the piece you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover them.
Please contact us before shipping so we can confirm the appropriate tracked and insured return method. Keep your proof of shipment.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted under our voluntary return policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Final-sale items
The following are excluded from our voluntary return policy:
- Custom, personalized or altered pieces, including sizing or engraving.
- Sale or discounted items, including purchases made using a discount code.
- Gift cards.
These exclusions do not limit any mandatory rights you may have for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect piece or notice damage or a defect, contact bonjour@odeoncollection.com promptly with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
To purchase a different piece, request a return of your eligible item and place a separate order once the return is accepted. Availability of another piece is not guaranteed.
European Union consumers
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply to your online purchase, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Mandatory withdrawal rights take precedence over our voluntary return conditions and final-sale exclusions. Exceptions provided by applicable law, including those for certain made-to-order or clearly personalized goods, may apply.
Contact bonjour@odeoncollection.com to exercise your withdrawal right and receive return instructions. Your statutory rights do not depend on our discretionary approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds under our voluntary return policy will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Where mandatory consumer law requires a different refund deadline or procedure, we will follow those requirements.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not appeared, contact bonjour@odeoncollection.com.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
